My Kids
One of us is Monkey
One of us is Boo
One of us is Smiles
Cause it’s all he seems to do
One of us is 4
And the other 2R1
Mommy’s goin’ looney
Cause we’re always on the run
Monkey’s always hangin’
Smiles wants to play
Boo says come on Mommy
You and me let’s get away

About the poem My Kids:
Sometimes these poems are metaphors, sometimes they are just jokes, this poem, is my life.
Lily is Monkey, and if you knew here, you would know just how accurate this is. In fact we call her Orangutan because she likes to hold on and cuddle in just like a baby orangutan.
Luke is Smiles and yes he is always smiling. Sometimes it’s a devious smile, but really the only time he is not smiling is when he is crying. Such a good personality.
Last but not least there’s Julia, who has been nicknamed Boo for so long that I can’t remember where it came from. I also call her Pumpkin-Munchkin Girl from time to time, but Boo is the most common. And what big sister wouldn’t want to get Mommy all by herself from time to time?
